IUPUC faculty member Erica Berte, PhD., recently presented at the E.C. Moore Symposium at IUPUI.

The presentation, “Teaching Organizational Culture Integrating different teaching strategies,” was a summary of the teaching strategies Berte uses in her classroom.

“In order to teach Organizational Culture I developed three interconnected class sessions that use different teaching strategies. These strategies are the use of clickers, a field trip and a case study analysis,” Berte said. “All strategies require that the students work in groups engaging them actively in the learning process.”

Berte is an assistant professor of management for the IUPUC Division of Business.
