IUPUC and Columbus North High School have partnered to provide college credit to high school students.

The Step Ahead Partnership gives Columbus North High School students the opportunity to earn college credits based on knowledge gained in high school business classes.

To earn college credit, students must complete an eligible Columbus North Business class, pass the IUPUC Special Credit exam, and complete one semester of enrollment at IUPUC.

Eligible classes at North include: Computer Applications 1 and 2, College Level Business, Personal Finance, Accounting 1 and 2, Business and Personal Law, Marketing Foundations, and Business Principles and Management.

Credits are free and take effect upon completion of one semester at IUPUC.
