Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus (IUPUC) Adjunct Lecturer of Religious Studies Tim Orr’s book titled We Named Her Faith: How We Became a Gospel-Centered Family was recently published on March 25 by Xulon Press.

Since its release last week, the book is #5 on Hot New Releases on Amazon Kindle.

The book shares the personal story of Tim and Michelle Orr and how they believe God prepared them to be Faith’s parents through guided personal experiences. “All of our life experiences combine to form a story. In this book, I tell the story of our family which includes our beautiful baby girl, adopted at birth, who happens to have Down syndrome. We named her Faith,” say Orr.

Orr has taught classes in religious studies for seven years at IUPUC. This fall his teaching schedule includes – Introduction to Religion; Introduction to Christianity; and Comparative Religions.
