IUPUC professor of history leads public discussion

On Tuesday, Oct. 25 Dr. Doug Gardner, coordinator of history program at IUPUC led a presentation featuring a segment of a newly produced documentary by James Madison covering the recent history of the state of Indiana, titled, "Hoosiers: the story of Indiana” produced by WFYI Public Media.

Immediately following the film, Gardner lead a discussion about the film that he says, “Captures unique moments in 2016 as Hoosiers look back and celebrate our state’s rich history, as well as look forward and imagine Indiana’s future.”

The event was sponsored by the Bartholomew County Public Library (BCPL), Bartholomew County Annual Community Book Read, and IUPUC.
