Common Elements: An inter-professional approach to best practices of multicultural clinical supervision for healthcare professionals

Our alumni and professional community partners in the field of counseling will have an opportunity to receive continuing education hours for this workshop. Dr. Cheryl Warner will lead discussions on effective multicultural clinical supervision across healthcare professions. Attendees can earn up to six CEUs and receive a CEU certificate.

About the Workshop Presenter
Dr. Cheryl Warner is an associate professor of psychology in the mental health counseling program at IUPUC. She holds a B.S. in Commerce from DePaul University, an M.Ed. in Community Counseling and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Georgia.  She completed her postdoctoral residency at the Georgia State University Counseling Center.  Dr. Warner’s clinical experience includes community mental health, university counseling center, and private practice settings. Dr. Warner’s research interests include developing multicultural competence in counseling and clinical supervision.
