Freedom to read and learn is essential in the higher education environment in which the library exists. The library is a facility that values diversity and learning. It is for these reasons the ULC endorses the Library Bill of Rights, Freedom to Read Statement, and Freedom to View Statement as delineated by the American Library Association in support of intellectual freedom.  For more information, visit www2.iupuc.edu/library/.

The ULC enhances and supports teaching, learning, research, and curriculum needs by providing an array of user-centered resources and services. The public may also utilize the library and many of its resources.
